Forensic Services

Dr. Scarf has been appointed to the Los Angeles Superior Court Expert Panel of Psychologists. She is accustomed to providing comprehensive, timely and accurate forensic evaluations with defensible conclusions. She has served as psychological consultant, examiner and expert in administrative, civil, and criminal cases in state and federal court. Dr. Scarf regularly assists civil and criminal attorneys in a wide range of issues involved in these cases. Her recent cases have involved issues of: mental health diversion; post-injury functioning; PTSD; criminal responsibility, competency to stand trial and specific intent.
